I just wanted to take a moment and write a note to thank you for kindness and patience with my family and myself in selecting the memorial for my husband. You made a very difficult task for all of us so much easier, and we all appreciate the time that you spent with us in making this lovely memorial. Thank you too for getting it placed before the date I requested. I was hoping for Father's Day and was so happy that it was done on June 7th. June 9th would have been our 50th wedding anneversary. You are truly professionals in every way and the memorial is just beautiful. My son who lives here in Quincy went out and took pictures, put them on a disk so we can send them on to our other children who live out of town. Again, our sincere thanks.

WHAT A BEAUTIFUL MONUMENT. Maxine and I had gone to Carthage, IL. early in the afternoon to visit some relatives from Shreveport, La. who were at her twin sister's home. They had been here for Thanksgiving. On our return home, about 4:30P.M. yesterday, I decided to drive down to the cemetery and look at the monument. Maxine and I agreed right away that it was the most beautiful fixture in the entire cemetery. The etchings, showing the twig with flowers and bird really touched it off. I'm glad now that we went ahead and had the monument placed in place before something happened to one of us. I always said I would never buy my monument as long as I was living. Sometimes, as you grow older, you obtain a different road to travel. We would like to express our thanks to you for the prompt service in getting our monument placed on our lot. We shall always remember the courteous atmosphere from the first time we entered your office until the final stages. We appreciate your thoughtfulness. We wish you the best throughout the Holiday Season.
